What does "Custom campaign handling by the admin" mean on every plan?

You do not have to wrestle with complex email builders or DNS records alone. Send us your draft text, announcements, or images, and a CliniByte Newsletter administrator formats the HTML template, runs pre-flight spam and link checks, and schedules the dispatch on your behalf.

What is the difference between the $17 Standard, $26 Pro, and $35 Ultra plans?

Standard ($17/month) covers up to 2,500 monthly emails, 100 to 250 active subscribers, 1 weekly dispatch, and up to 5 campaign templates. Pro ($26/month) expands to 7,000 monthly emails, 250 to 500 active subscribers, 2 weekly dispatches, a custom survey page, and automated welcome emails. Ultra ($35/month) supports up to 10,000 monthly emails, 500+ active subscribers, and up to 4 weekly dispatches.

How fast do you respond to new plan inquiries or dispatch edits?

We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday (08:00 to 18:00 EAT). Urgent dispatch schedule adjustments can also be coordinated directly by calling +256 (0)792781261.

How do custom survey pages and autoresponders work on Pro and Ultra?

When a new reader subscribes to your list on Pro ($26) or Ultra ($35), our engine sends an immediate branded welcome autoresponder email. You also receive a custom hosted survey page to collect structured feedback from parents, patients, or corporate clients.

How do you protect subscriber privacy and comply with Ugandan and international law?

Every subscription form requires explicit, unticked opt-in consent. Every dispatched email includes a single-click unsubscribe link and physical sender identification, in alignment with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 and GDPR principles.

Can we cancel or change our monthly plan at any time?

Yes. All plans are billed monthly in USD with no lock-in contract. You can upgrade between Standard, Pro, and Ultra at any time, and our 7-day refund policy covers unused initial subscriptions before your first campaign is sent.
